I loved how we could easily walk to the South Carolina State House in less than a 10-minute stroll and enjoy the beautiful gardens at the Robert Mills House, making our weekend truly enjoyable and filled with lovely views.

The staff were amazing! Amy handled a scary situation next door like a pro and even took the time to write us a personal apology letter with snacks! And Mr Earl and his harmonica brought so much joy to my kids. They still talk about it! It's not every day you find such warmth in hotel staff. It made our holiday nice!

The elevator's renovation raised questions about its suitability for guest usage, especially during busier periods.
